Project information

 
THE NEW FACTORY complex consists of:

1. FACTORY OF READY MADE PENICILLIN MEDICINES (in all pharmaceutical forms). The main ground-floor building has a technical floor, area 14,500 m². The building is still under construction.

2. FACTORY OF READY MADE CEPHALOSPORHINIC MEDICINES (in all pharmaceutical forms). The main production building has a ground-floor with technical floor, area 7,800 m². The building is being designed.

3. FACTORY OF READY MADE STEROID HORMONE MEDICINES 
- area 4,500 m². The building is under construction.

§ The area constructed thus far is 31,800 m², with the largest span 12 m and the maximum height 11 m.

§ Within the complex the following auxiliary facilities have been built: restaurant, kitchen, technical service, etc.

§ The production areas within the complex are treated as "clean rooms" of the class 100, 10,000 and 100,000. A specific attention is paid to the finishing works in the rooms, to the walls, floors, and airconditioning. The designs are prepared according to the valid American and European standards FDA, GMP, so that the ready made medicines could be supplied worldwide.
