IT IS A ROCK-FILLED dam with clay core, 106 m high, 468 m
long in the crest, 12 m wide in the crest. The width in the
base is 380 m, and the volume of accumulation 146x10
million m3.
§ The water intake on the left bank:
- overflow 53 m long and chute 250 m long, wide 19 m to 7,5 m;
- leveling basin 40 m long, 7,5 m to 17,5 m wide;
- bottom outlet (diversion tunnel) 545 m long, dia 4,60 m;
- injection drainage gallery 2x670 m long, dia 3 m;
- tunnel Hamiz - Keddara, 3,100 m long, dia 3 m;
- supply steel pipeline 540 m long, dia 1600 m, cast in
concrete.
§ Other important characteristics:
- open pit excavation 2,100,000 m3,
- underground excavation 70,000 m3,
- embankments 4,061,000 m3,
- concrete 55,000 m3,
- injecting 75,000 m3,
- injection curtain, 660 m long, 70 to 100 m deep, was executed
by "Geosonda" - Beograd.
