Project information

 
TOPOLICA covers an area of 9,8 ha and comprises 400 diversely structtured flats. Of the total area, the residential part has 38,000 m², commercial-business garages and other premises cover 3,300 m², and the establishment for child-care facilities area has 1,500 m².

§ The number of floors ranges from groundfloor plus one floor to groundfloor plus three floors plus an attic.

§ "This project can be said to be well adjusted to the town and its location. It has succeeded in transplanting the local and the traditional into the modern... It is new, fresh with elements related
