THE HOUSING ESTATE was carried out in the IMS skeleton and
panel system (industrial assembly system), classical building
by syporex blocks, as well as cast concrete structure.
The complex consists of residential buildings, transformer
station, sub-stations, shelters etc. The buildings vary in their height ranging
one floor to groundfloor plus four floors plus an attic.
