THE BUILDING consists of two functionally different parts, but from the architectural and structural point of view, they are composed as one entity:

- business tower having groundfloor, mezzanine, 26 doors plus an attic.
Both buildings are connected by a bridge structure located on the 26th floor of the residential tower and the attic of the business tower.
On the highest level of the business tower, a restaurant was designed. Each building has two
circular staircases with a set of lifts. All staircases of the apartment and office towers are directly
connected with the garage. In the mezzanine of the residential part four one-room flats are designed, while the other Levels (1-30) have six flats each: 2 three-room, 2 two-room and 2 one-room.
In the mezzanine of the administrative tower the Following is designed: exhibition area, auxiliary premises, storages, documentation storing rooms, and sanitary block. From 1st to 26th floor the offices are designed divided with light "gloisall" partitions.
Both towers are of reinforced concrete skeleton structure with supporting walls. Floor structure
is a flat slab 12 cm thick. The structure of the exterior bridge consists of reinforced concrete
elements, columns and beams over which the load is transferred to the staircase walls The foundation of both towers was executed in the central part  on the reinforced concrete slab and the angle columns on spot footing. Both these foundation elements were executed on "Franci" piles.
