THIS RESIDENTIAL BLOCK has seven buildings composed of
several bays (mostly six) forming housing rows. The buildings
are designed for industrial assembly system (IMS) using up to
maximum standardized elements. The ceiling span is 4.2 x 6 m.
The outside facade walls are of prefabricated (sandwich)
concrete elements 2.8 m high. Roof structure is of prefabricated
reinforced concrete beams and wooden rafters.

The residential block comprises: 79 one-room flats,
110 one-and-a-half-room Flats, 241 two-room flats,
238 two-and-a-half-room flats, 186 three-room flats and
9 three-and-a-half-room flats.
