THE HOTEL has 25 floors, the area of 56,000 m² and the volume of 220,000 m³. The capacity of the hotel is 1,064 beds, 150 seats in restaurants and bars, and a multipurpose hall with 500 seats. The hotel has an indoor swimming pool with recreational centre, modern heating installations, air-conditioning, signalisation, fire and burglary protection. 

§ The hotel is built with reinforced concrete structure and it is equipped according to the highest European standards.
