THE HYATT REGENCY HOTEL in Belgrade is located in the vicinity
of the Sava Congress Centre, and it is a five star hotel and
the most luxurious in this part of Europe. The hotel has eight
floors and 35,668 m2 of useful area. There are 308 rooms
including 43 luxurious suites (area from 44 to 350
m2), a business centre for interpreting and translating services, 4 rooms for meetings, 3
conference halls, crystal hall with multiflexible character for
all sorts of public gatherings, several restaurants featuring
different authentic flavours and spirits. Regency Club is an exclusive
part of
the hotel and is located on two highest floors (it consists of
separate units) - recreational centre with the swimming pool,
sauna, solarium and rooms for exercising.
§ The hotel has five electric and four hydraulic elevators, a
central system for control and operation, TV signal receipt and
distribution via three satellite antennas and internal hotel
safety
TV system, fire warning and control, two hot water and two
steam boilers, three centrifugal cooling units and gas detection
system.
