THE HOTEL has a total gross area of 36,648
m2 and consists of one underground floor (services and preparation of food),
ground floor, two mezzanines, with public functions and hotel
services (reception desk, hall, foyer, restaurant, bars,
special purpose premises, offices). There are utilities on the
technical floor.
The tower with 16 floors is for the accommodation, and three
floors are for services. The hotel has: 162 single bedrooms,
132 double bedrooms, four rooms for invalids, four suites for the
hotel managers, one suite for the managing director, 12 standard
suites, 3 diplomatic suites, one presidential suite - total 360 beds on
sixteen floors.

On the ground floor and two mezzanines there are the
following premises: restaurant with 118 seats (open 24 hours), steak
house with 48 seats, gourmet restaurant with 54 seats, aperitif bar
with 22 seats, 3 bars, dancing hall for 574-1050 persons, and five
smaller special purpose premises for 10-100 persons.
§ Recreational centre has a health club with rooms for
exercising and massage, sauna, open swimming pools, tennis courts and
dressing rooms
