THE COMPLEX has 70,000 m2 and occupies the area of 9 ha
with all supporting buildings. The complex includes a hotel
with 750 beds, bachelor-type hotel with 350 beds for staff,
hospital block, several kitchens, restaurants, open summer
cinema-theater, beach 120 m long with bridges and a lift to the
beach, boat wharf and pedestrian paths. Moreover,
a treatment-diagnostic centre in Zapolarye One is under
construction as well as a small auxiliary zone for warehouses and technical
maintenance of the machines and vehicles for the sanatorium
Zapolarye I and I in Baranovka.

The building is of reinforced concrete with concrete facade.
It is fitted with modern medical equipment,
including central regulation of engineering-technical installations.
