THE BUILDING is designed for the needs of all-Arab BAAS party
and its total area of 60.000 m2 contains: an annex with
ceremonial entrance, reception lounge, round conference hall,
executive studies for the president and the vice-president; two
administrative buildings with study rooms, offices,
restaurants and an airraid shelter; boarding
school with three-bed rooms, a restaurant with central kitchen and an airraid shelter;
school with an amphitheatre, laboratories and airraid shelters;
auxiliary buildings: entrance, building for attending the visitors,
building for sectary staff. garages and a heliport.

The structure is of reinforced concrete, skeleton frame with
floating foundation 2.80 m below the ground water level.
