THE BEOGRADJANKA has 40,000 m² of business and trading area, consisting of the ground-floor and 30 floors with the maximum height 101 m. It contains: a business area, a department store, a super-market, radio and TV station, restaurants and exhibition areas.

§ Constructionally, this exclusive building of specific structure and founding method, final finish and equipment, was built by the latest technical-technological means and organizational methods. 
Over 20,000 workers, technical experts and artists from 74 domestic and foreign companies worked on it.

§ The structural system is reinforced concrete skeleton. The applied system of foundation was the reinforced concrete diaphragm at the depth of 17.5 m, with the specific method of simultaneous building of surface and underground floors, whose slabs perform diaphragm bracing.

§ The facade (11,500 m²) was built as wall curtain in aluminuim and "thermopan" double glass. The blinds are of exterior type, electrically driven.
