THE ICC consists of the following
buildings:
A - the hotel of high category, GF+31, total area 9,981 m2;
B - the sports-recreational section, total area 4,931 m2;
C - business section for foreign partners, GF+20, total area 28.130
m2;
D - business section for domestic partners, GF+16, total area 21,403 m2

Visually, the hotel extends the first construction phase and
consists of two connected units. The first unit is a
seven-storey block containing apartments and a rich range of public
services; and the second one with 30 floors is solely for hotel purposes.
The total hotel capacity is 513 rooms, 88 suites with 730 beds
in total, a restaurant with 1000 seats, bars with 340 seats,
casino 450 m2, several snack bars, exhibition hall 1000
m2, shops area of 250 m2, and a storage, with the total hotel area 60,000
m2.

Sports & recreational centre is a two-storey building, area
4,900 m2, serving hotel and outside guests as well as the hotel
complex staff. The building has two tennis courts, table tennis rooms,
squash courts, indoor glass green garden with the view to the
park and the surroundings, as well as other rich features.

The business building has the total area of 28,000
m2 and is occupied by foreign companies and banks. The offices are
equipped to meet the latest demands in business operations.
Within this building there are supporting premises and storages.

The administrative-office building is next to the existing
hotel and forms a unity with the already built part of the "ICC".
Its total area is 21,500 m2. There are five restaurants,
self-service of 1st category (with 1500 meals daily), and two technical
floors 2,600 m2 as well as a garage 1,200
m2.

The technical block is the technical-technological centre for
the entire complex (phases I and II). This part is of the vital
importance for functioning of the "ICC" as a whole. The total
area of this building is 10,500 m2.
