THE BUILDING consists of a hotel and a congress centre of the total area 26,656
m2 with the optimum annual capacity
of 129,600 visitors. It is in the final stage of construction. The
structure is reinforced concrete and the facade is in combination of stone and glass. The
building is airconditioned with the modern computer equipment.
§ The hotel has 360 beds, two
presidential suites, 3 suites, 112 double bed-rooms and 30 single becl-rooms, a swimming pool, a sauna, a clinic, a gym, two restaurants with a kitchen, a banquet hall, hairdresser shop, supermarket and a
duty-free shop.
§ The congress centre has a large hall with 1500 seats and a cinema hall with 400 seats, offices, press centre and so on.
