Project information

THE DESIGNING started in 1950s. The construction had been interrupted several times until 1986 when "Generalexport" was awarded as main Contractor in the international tender. First a reconstruction was executed as well as an adaptation of the skeleton built 20 years ago. After that the works were continued on building a business area of 40,000 m2 with five floors in the low part 25 m high, and 29 floors in the main part of the tower 100 m high. It is built out of steel structure with the facade in aluminum and glass.

§ The business centre consists of four banks, exhibition and artistic galleries, and a number of offices and executive offices equipped according to the highest world standards. The modern engineering-technical installations are automatically regulated and controlled from the computer centre. Within the tower there is an underground garage, too.
